21/02/2011 Already gearing up for the next summer Telephone Campaign! After the success of last year’s telephone campaign, with Brunel graduates pledging almost £61,000 to support Brunel students, we are now in the process of preparing for our next campaign this summer.We will again be employing a group of bright and enthusiastic current students to call up alumni and update them on activities at Brunel, to find out what they have been up to since graduation and ask if they are willing to make a donation to benefit current and future generations of Brunel students. This summer also sees the last opportunity for donors to make the most of the Government matched funding scheme before it ends on July 31st 2011. The money donated by alumni goes to support student scholarships, bursaries, awards, the library, and other priority projects around the University. We will be sending out a letter to all those who we intend to call in advance of the students phoning, and we hope that those of you who are lucky enough to receive a call will enjoy it! |
